From its beginning, Weeks Real Estate has been a success story. Founded by Robert M. Weeks in 1952, the firm is one of the oldest, continuously operating and independently owned real estate companies in “The Great Central Valley” of California.

Prior to opening his business, Mr. Weeks was a highly decorated U S Navy pilot in World War II and his heroics in battle earned him the Silver Star,  two Distinguished Flying Crosses and two Air Medals. His Navy buddies referred to him as a “Top Gun” in his era.
 
Mr. Weeks was instrumental in developing the high end Northgate and Del Rio subdivisions in Modesto. In 1986, Mr. Weeks sold his real estate business to Dorothy Withrow and Verdia Howard and it continues its success in the real estate business under the name of Weeks Real Estate.
 
After purchasing Weeks Real Estate, the firm expanded it operations to include commercial, residential income and ranch properties. While its primary focus remains in residential, they are pleased to offer a wide range of client services.
